Package No. 1 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of complete sets of reagents and accessories along with the lease of four devices for measuring critical parameters, hereinafter referred to as "products". 2.Reagents will be delivered cyclically, depending on to the needs of the Ordering Party to the Central Warehouse. 3. The type, minimum parameters and quantities of reagent sets are specified in the assortment and price form constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the Offer Form, which is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Subject the order includes the delivery and lease to the Ordering Party of four brand new devices for measuring critical parameters, specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, its commissioning and provision of instruction in operation to persons indicated by the Ordering Party within the time agreed with the Ordering Party on the terms specified in the template of the lease agreement constituting Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ.
