The subject of the order is the supply of reagents with lease integrated analyzers of the biochemical and immunological system for the needs of CLA 2.Description of the conditions of the procedure: a)Contract for a period of 36 months b) use of equipment in the form of lease c) two devices, i.e. main and backup, reagent-compatible, with two stations water treatment d) year of production of the devices no later than 2021 e) delivery of reagents, control materials, calibrators and materials from the equipment supplier. f) integrated device, i.e. in the form of a Platform 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Attachments No. 2 to 2 H to SWZ. 4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract templates constituting Annexes No. 5 and 6 to the SWZ. 5.
