The subject of the order in this tender procedure is the supply of reagents, control and consumable materials (hereinafter referred to as the goods) with the lease of a POCT analyzer and a refrigerator (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the lease), in accordance with assortment and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Offer Form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Technical Parameters constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ. 2. Pursuant to Art. 139 of the Act, The Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer receives the highest assessment in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 3. The ordering party does not provides for the Contractor to carry out an on-site visit.
