Tender Details

1. The order in question includes the delivery of allergy and autoimmune tests divided into 2 parts. 2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order: 1) types of tests, their estimated quantities and minimum requirements the basis for calculating the offer is specified in appendices: No. 7-1, 7-2 (Assortment and price form, minimum requirements), 2) small quantitative shifts between individual assortment items are allowed, within 30% of the net value the subject of the contract, while maintaining the overall value of the subject of the contract, 3) the offered products must be approved for trading and use under currently applicable legal regulations, 4) partial deliveries: up to 3 times a month, depending on demand Ordering Party 5) maximum waiting time for partial delivery: up to 5 business days from placing the order, 6) the Contractor will attach appropriate safety data sheets for hazardous preparations to the first delivery to the Ordering Party - if refers to. 3. Any indication of trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor that may appear in the tender documentation is for the sole purpose of identifying standard and should be treated as examples only.
