The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery at the request of the Ordering Party of consumables for the operation of the microbiology plant, additionally, as part of Package No. 1, the lease of an analyzer entitled: "Delivery of ready-made agar and liquid media, tests, systems for generating various types of atmosphere, discs, well tests, immunochromatographic tests, strips soaked with a gradient of antibiotic concentrations, an analyzer for automatic identification and determination of drug susceptibility", described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Designed contractual provisions. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 9 parts, hereinafter referred to as: "Packages" described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, where the part (package) consists of: Partial task no.: Package No. 1 - Identification and drug sensitivity tests microorganisms along with consumables, lease, servicing and connection to LIS of a microbiological analyzer and ready-made basic and selective-differentiating media in Petri dishes with a diameter of 90 mm and systems for the production of various types atmosphere for breeding organisms with high requirements.
