1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of the RARS Secure Emergency Communication System.
2. The contractor is to provide the "RARS Secure Emergency Communication System" service and the equipment necessary for its implementation in order to provide alternative communication to traditional connections - independent of the infrastructure terrestrial.
3. As part of the implementation of the Subject of the Order, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide data transmission services, including L2, via a satellite communication system for a period of 12 months using satellite communication devices, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Description subject of the order (confidential part), and the supply of radiotelephones for encrypted TETRA radio communication with TEA2 encryption, together with additional hardware and software necessary for programming the delivered radiotelephones, including entering the required encryption keys.
4. Accordingly joke. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it.
5. Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constitutes Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
