The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new rainwater recovery system for watering plants and a climate computer, free from legal and physical defects.2. Description of the minimum parameters required by the Ordering Party technical and other types of properties of the system referred to in section 1 above, as well as the type of devices, components and accessories (equipment) constituting the system as above (so-called technical and scope description of the delivery item) - provided in Appendix No. 2 of the SWZ. 3. Whenever the further provisions of this ToR will refer to the "System", Equipment or Device without further specification - this shall mean the entire subject of delivery from this order (all devices and other equipment) - in accordance with the description required for it specified in Annex No. 2 of the SWZ.
