Subject of the order: The subject of this procedure is the supply of PKP boards. Detailed technical requirements and parameters of the subject of the order are specified in the drawings attached to the procedure. Conditions of participation in the procedure: Contractor is obliged to offer products in accordance with the technical documentation constituting an annex to the procedure. The Ordering Party accepts only new, full-value and defect-free products. The Contractor is obliged to deliver on DAP terms in accordance with with Incoterms 2020. The offer must be submitted via the Purchasing Platform and include all required information and documents. The offer should include: net price and total value of the offer, payment terms (payment deadline: minimum transfer 30 days), delivery deadline: maximum 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order, offer validity period, delivery terms (required DAP in accordance with Incoterms 2020), contact person details (name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address), commercial offer in PDF format.
