Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil, consisting in enabling the refueling of vehicles belonging to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's gas stations.2. The order will be fulfilled by refueling vehicles belonging to the Ordering Party (currently the Ordering Party has 20 ambulances and 3 cars) at the Contractor's gas stations. The frequency of refueling will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party.3. The expected demand for diesel oil during the period covered by the order (12 months) is 100, 000 liters.4. The Ordering Party stipulates that the amount of diesel oil is an estimated value, therefore marking it at this level does not cause any negative consequences for the Ordering Party, in particular it does not change the discount in the event of the need to order, in period covered by the contract, a larger or smaller amount of fuel. The Ordering Party will purchase appropriate quantities of diesel oil based on actual needs.
