1. The subject of the order is the supply of porcelain promotional cups and mugs for the Bielany District according to the specifications included in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.2. Location (address): Place of delivery: headquarters of the Ordering Party at ul. eromskiego 29 in Warsaw (with obligation bring to the 3rd floor, room 318). 3. The scope of the order includes in particular the delivery of: a) Porcelain cup and saucer (set), 450 pcs. White color, with gold decoration on the edges of the cup and saucer. The Bielany District logo must be placed in gold on the cup and saucer (not allowed). si color of the so-called gold-like). Each set, i.e. a cup and a saucer - is to be packed in a two-piece, cubic package made of stiff white cardboard, with the Bielany District logo in gold. b) Porcelain mug with a handle - 800 pcs., white with the District's graphics applied.
