1. Part I KMP Wabrzych, a detailed description of the subject of the order, the quantity and type of ordered products and their minimum technical and functional parameters are indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Offer Form)2. Employment Requirements Based on Relationship work. There are no activities related to the execution of the order, consisting in making payments in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277). 3. Accessibility requirements for disabled people. The ordering party will include the required product features in the description of the subject of the order, including adaptation to the needs of all users. There are no specific requirements regarding the accessibility of the described subject of the contract for disabled people. 4. Admissibility of participation subcontractors: The contractor may entrust the execution of the order to subcontractors. In the event of the execution of the subject of the order using subcontractors, the Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with indications of those parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to subcontractors and provide names of subcontractors (by completing point IV of the offer form), if known.
