Delivery of programming software 1. The subject of the order is the extension of the subscriptions for programming software held by the Ordering Party and the delivery of additional programming software licenses specified in the tables in point 1.3.1. - 1.3.3. Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: SOPZ) or equivalent software, including: 1) within the scope of the basic order: a) extension of the software subscriptions held by the Ordering Party specified in the table in point 1.3.1 of the SOPZ or the supply of equivalent software that meets the equivalence requirements specified in the SOPZ; b) delivery of additional software subscriptions specified in the table in point 1.3.2 of the SOPZ or equivalent software meeting the equivalence requirements specified in the SOPZ; 2) within the scope of the contract under the option right: delivery of a subscription to the software specified in the table in point 1.3.3 of the SOPZ or equivalent software meeting the equivalence requirements indicated in SOPZ. For both the basic order and the option right: provision of warranty services by the Contractor or software manufacturer for the delivered software. 2.
