The subject of the order is the design, delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of a comprehensive System, including: Collection Registration System (functional modules), Repository of Digitized Objects (Repository), Public API Module, Internet portal presenting selected objects, documentation and multimedia. 2. The system must support the full management cycle collections, documentation, multimedia, museum processes and online data publication. 3. The scope of the order also includes: preparation of the Pre-implementation Analysis and Technical Design, migration of data from the existing system, conducting training, in including for administrators and users, provision of maintenance and development services for a period of 5 years (min. 200 hours per year in the first year and min. 100 hours in subsequent years), preparation and implementation of the Portal compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA, supply of licenses for all system components Documents
