The subject of the contract was divided into 11 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ - Formassortment-price, Annex 2.1 to SWZ-a form of technical parameters (applies to Part 1).

Part 1-Delivery of reagents, calibrators, control, useful and additional necessary to perform the determination of the anti-diagnosis panel for diagnosis of diabetes and 17-oh progesteronetogether with the lease of the analyzer for a period of 24 months.

Part 2-Delivery of reagents for a period of 24 months.

Part 3-Delivery of oligonucleotide probes to MLPA/MS-MLPA reaction with a set of reagent to 24 months

Part 4-part 4-delivery of the set necessary for DNA purification after PCR reaction to 24M-CY.

Part 5-Delivery of reagents for a period of 24 months.

Part 6-Delivery of reagent to Promega Fluorimeter Promega (UCKWUM ownership) and for PCR reactions for 24 monthsScanner (UCKWUM ownership) for a period of 24 months

Part 8-Delivery of reagents and consumable materials compatible with the Tapestation Instrument 4200 system (UCKWUM ownership) for a period of 24 months.
