On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the supply of privatization filters: 3M™ Bright Screen Privacy Filter for a 14-inch, 16:9 laptop, BP140W9B - 3 pcs.3M™ Bright Screen Privacy Filter for a laptop 15.6 inches, 16:9, BP156W9B - 18 pcs. 3M™ Bright Screen Privacy Filter for a 16-inch, 16:10 laptop, BP160W1B - 4 pcs. Terms of implementation: - The contractor undertakes to complete the order in accordance with the submitted offer including unit prices. - Deadline implementation: up to 5 business days from the date of signing the Order. - The goods will be delivered to the UDT Headquarters, ul. Szczęśliwicka 34, 02‑353 Warsaw. - Transport costs and organization related to the delivery on the part of the Contractor. - The Contractor declares that the subject of the order meets the technical requirements, and in particular meets all the features specified in the inquiry, is brand new, unused, not refurbished, did not come from recycling, comes from current production. - In the case of detection of defects in the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order free from defects within 3 business days from the date of notification. - The Contractor grants a 24-month warranty for the delivered goods. The Contractor submits the offer declares that all additional costs, including travel costs, have been included in the offer.
