1. The subject of the order is the supply of promotional items, printed T-shirts - for the needs of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. 2. The subject of the order must be brand new, from current production, free from any defects and damage, without prior use and not subject to third party rights. 3. The ordering party requires the contractor to provide a warranty for the offered subject matter of the contract for a minimum period of 12 months, counted from the date of signing the protocol. delivery and acceptance without any comments. 4. The subject of the order includes delivery to the headquarters of the ordering party: Politechnika Gdaska, Gdask 80-233, ul.
