Subject of the order "Supply of preparations for enteral and parenteral nutrition", The subject of the order was divided into 7 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the order: Package No. 1 - PARENTAL NUTRITION I Package No. 2 - PARENTAL NUTRITION II Package No. 3 - PARENTAL NUTRITION III Package No. 4 - GR V - ENTERAL NUTRITION I Package No. 5 - ENTERAL NUTRITION II Package No. 6 - GR V - ENTERAL NUTRITION III Package No. 7 - GR V - ENTERAL NUTRITION IV 2.Detailed description the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order must be consistent with the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law and other applicable legal provisions, including scope. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. 5. The subject of the order was quantified based on the portions: tubes, bottles, ampoules, vials, tablets, etc. 6. Ordering Party allows the change of drug form within: solution for preparing a solution for infusion, concentrate/solution for preparing a solution for infusion, solution for infusion and tablets, capsules, coated tablets if the form does not affect the required profile release of the active substance.
