1. The subject of the order is the supply of power generators for the Siewierz Commune as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025 and 2026. Part I: Delivery of three stationary power generators to ensure constant supplies of drinking water in the City and the Commune. Siewierz. The subject of the order in Part I of the procedure is the delivery of 3 pieces of stationary power generators with a power of min. 46 kW. Detailed characteristics of the devices are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.2. The Contractor will enter the name of the model and manufacturer of the offered equipment in the Price Calculation, which constitutes the A. no 1 to the SWZ and attach to the offer the technical specification of the offered equipment. The content of the attached documents must clearly indicate what product is offered, and the Ordering Party must be able to verify whether it meets the requirements specified in the SWZ.3. The equipment offered must be brand new. The ordering party does not allow it the possibility of offering used, refabricated or exhibition items.4. The guarantee is one of the offer evaluation criteria and will be taken into account when evaluating offers in accordance with the principles set out in Chapter x of the ToR.
