1. The subject of the order is the supply of licenses required to update the currently operating Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 email system to the Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 version.
2. Licenses must be for standard software.
3.The licenses provided must be lifetime (perpetual, perpetual).
4.The supplied licenses must be brand new, undamaged and complete.
5. Licenses must be free from legal defects, they will not be encumbered with the rights of third parties, especially in the field of provisions on invention, trademarks, copyright and related rights and on combating unfair competition.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow the offer of software and licenses based on cloud solutions or solutions requiring fixed fees during the period of use of the purchased product.
7. The Ordering Party requires that the software licenses provided come from an official channel distribution software manufacturer for the EU market, from a legal source and must be delivered to the Ordering Party with all the components necessary to confirm the legality of their origin (e.g. original medium, certificate of authenticity, activation code with activation instructions, etc.), if it is necessary for the Ordering Party to acquire rights to this software or to run it.
