Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of portable computers with accessories, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for organizational units of the University of Gdańsk with option rights. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 30213100-6 (computers portable), 30237200-1 (computer accessories). 3. The order includes the delivery of portable computers with accessories in the following quantities: 1)for basic order: a) portable computers (B2, B3, B5, B6, B7): 11 pieces, b) computer accessories (C1, C3): 9 pieces, - as indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ; 2) for an order covered by option rights, a maximum of: a) portable computers (B2, B3, B5, B6, B7): 11 pieces, b) computer accessories (C1, C3): 9 pieces - as indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party may exercise the option right to increase the quantity of equipment ordered under the basic order, on the terms and in the manner described below: 1) The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of commissioning the Contractor to order: under the option law within the term of the contract by submitting to the Contractor a written declaration of will to activate the option, specifying the quantity and type of equipment indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to SWZ, 2) the value of the equipment ordered under the option right will be consistent with the unit prices indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 3) exercising the option right does not constitute an amendment to the contract, the Contractor does not...
