Crop monitoring system Subject of the order: Crop plant monitoring system The scope of the order includes separately: 1) delivery, assembly, commissioning, performance tests and handover of the devices comprising the subject of the contract for operation; 2) training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation, operation and basic maintenance of the delivered devices (max. 10 people) within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party 3) granting a software license on terms referred to in section 16 and further § 2 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol referred to in § 4(5) of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ; 4) granting a minimum 24-month warranty for the subject of the contract on the terms set out in § 5 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the offer).
