1) The subject of the order is the supply of photovoltaic devices together with the performance of construction works on the building of the General Education and Technical School Complex in Lublic, consisting in the installation of photovoltaic devices with an installed electrical power of not more than 150 kW, for which it is not required to obtain a building permit and notify in accordance with Art. 29 section 4 point 3 letter c) Construction law, including the commissioning of the devices.2) The main subject of the order is the delivery of photovoltaic devices, including the implementation construction works.
