Pharmaceutical Product 1. The subject of the order is the supply of pharmaceutical products, including their transport, unloading and bringing (at the cost and risk of the Contractor) to the Hospital Pharmacy in the manner indicated by the Ordering Party. 2. Detailed description of the item the order contains the Price Form (OPZ) - constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers - seventeen parts (17) of the Task / parts. 5. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. In case in the description of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party has specified the subject of the contract by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor/manufacturer, if this could lead to preferential treatment or elimination of some contractors or products, the Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. The above-mentioned definition of the subject of the order is exclusively auxiliary in the preparation of the offer and is intended to indicate the expectations of the Ordering Party. An equivalent offer should be understood as an offer with parameters not worse than the description indicated by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order. Parameters indicated by of the Ordering Party are the minimum and boundary parameters.
