All offered products must be approved for trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with Polish law and European Union law. 4. The Ordering Party allows submission offers for individual parts of the order. This order consists of 15 parts (packages). A tender may be submitted for one or more lots. 5. In parts 1-12, the Ordering Party requires the offer of medicinal products authorized for marketing in Poland within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001. The exception is: item 43 of part 2, for which the Ordering Party allows the offer of products with a status other than a medicinal product...
