Pharmaceutical products 1. The subject of the order is the supply of pharmaceutical products, including their transport, unloading and bringing (at the cost and risk of the Contractor) to the Hospital Pharmacy in the manner indicated by the Ordering Party. 2. Detailed description of the item the order contains the Price Form (OPZ) - constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers - forty-five (45) Tasks/parts. 5. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. In case in description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party has defined the subject of the order by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor/producer, if this could lead to preferential treatment or elimination of certain Contractors or products, the Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. The above-mentioned definition of the subject of the order is only of auxiliary nature preparation of the offer and is intended to indicate the expectations of the Ordering Party. An equivalent offer should be understood as an offer with parameters not worse than the description indicated by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order. The parameters indicated by the Ordering Party are: minimum and border parameters.
