The delivery specification is included in Annex 1.1 to the Order Specification ("Price Form"). The remaining terms of the order are specified in Annex 2 to Specification of the Order Terms, i.e. "Designed provisions of the contract", which will be introduced into the content of the contract/contract provisions. Agreements regarding the resolved packages will be concluded after the completion of these proceedings for a period of 24 months. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, therefore the subject of the order is divided into 11 parts (packages). The Ordering Party allows for the submission of offers for selected parts (packages), but does not allow for the submission of offers for freely selected items in a given part (in a given package), individual parts (packages) must be priced with the full scope provided by the Ordering Party - if applicable. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first examine i evaluation of the offers, and then the subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated highest in a given package, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
