1. The subject of the order is the supply of pharmaceutical products intended for the 25th WOG and the military units and institutions that supply it. The subject of the contract includes the supply of: 1) Medicines marked with the symbol Rx2) Medicines marked with the symbol Rpw3) Medicines marked with the OTC symbol4) Medical devices5) Food for special medical purposes.2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) ensure timely execution of deliveries. 2) perform the contract in accordance with the submitted offer, with due diligence, in accordance with the principles of modern technical knowledge and applicable regulations and standards.3) providing an assortment approved for trading in the Republic of Poland, confirmed by the EAN (medicines) and CE (medical devices) requirements and ensuring that the sold assortment is free from any defects.
