Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order for task no. 1 is the delivery of phantoms and equipment for the ALS and BLS simulation room, i.e. a) advanced ALS phantom of an adult 1 pc. b) advanced PALS phantom of a child 1 pc. c) advanced PALS phantom infant 1 pc. d) adult BLS phantom 2 pcst.e) child's BLS phantom 2 pcs. f) infant's BLS phantom 2 pcs. g) rescue backpack 2 pcs. 2. The Ordering Party requires training in the operation and maintenance of phantoms. The training should take place on the date agreed and accepted by the Ordering Party, but no later than 14 days from the date ofthe deadline for delivery of the subject of the order and must last no longer than 8 hours (detailed on-the-job training). The training will take place in the building at ul. Poudniowa 1.3. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order directly to the building located in Wabrzych at ul.Poudnina 1, and assemble and place it in the place indicated by the Ordering Party.4.
