Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of petroleum products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ, with the quantities included in the option in tableif in Chapter IV section 2 of the SWZ, in the "quantity in option" column, may be used after the basic quantities specified in the table in Chapter IV, section. 2 SWZ, in the "basic quantity" column if the Ordering Party's needs arise in this respect. About the intention to exercise the option right along with the informationem the quantity of the ordered subject of the order and the place of its delivery, the Ordering Party will inform the Contractor (in writing or by e-mail or fax) within the deadline specified in the "Drafted provisions of the contract" constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.

Delivery of extraction gasoline III

The subject of the order jis the delivery of extraction naphtha III in the amount of 76, 000 kg, including: a basic order of 28, 000 kg and an order under the option right of 48, 000 kg. The delivery should be made in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party, included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting theconnector no. 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in Chapter IV SWZ
