Delivery of personal protective equipment The subject of the order is: Delivery of personal protective equipment Task 1 - X-ray protective clothing Task 2 - Thyroid shields, covers for the thyroid shield The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Parts of the order are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 2. The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 2 tasks. (without limiting the number of tasks per contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2b and 3 to SWZ. 3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order: 1) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with with legal regulations requiring approvals, certificates and registration, 2) the offered product must meet the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes a specific products or services provided by a specific contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such situation, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to described as above.
