Task 1 - Operative footwear Task 2 - Protective footwear with electrical insulating properties The subject of the order is: Delivery of personal protective equipment Task 1 - Operative footwear Task 2 - Protective footwear with electrical insulating properties Ordering party allows the submission of partial offers. Parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 2. The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 2 tasks. (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order: 1) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with legal regulations requiring possession approvals, certificates and registrations, 2) the offered product must meet the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where trademarks, patents or origin are indicated in the description of the subject of the order, source or specific process that characterizes specific products or services provided by a specific contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however in every one of them situations, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to those described in the above way.
