The subject of the order is the supply of utensils and means for maintaining personal hygiene based on orders. 2. Subject-related The order was divided into the following 5 parts: 1) part no. 1: Delivery of soaps, 2)Part No. 2 - Delivery of hand creams, 3)Part No. 3 - Delivery of occupational health and safety gels, 4)Part No. 4 - Delivery of disposable razors, 5)Part No. 5 - Delivery of toothbrushes to teeth. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as: "OPZ") - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ; 4. The detailed quantitative specification is specified in: 1) Annex No. 1A to SWZ - applies to part No. 1; 2) Annex No. 1B to SWZ - applies parts No. 2; 3) Annex No. 1C to SWZ - applies to part No. 3; 4) Annex No. 1D to the SWZ - applies to part No. 4; 5) Annex No. 1E to SWZ - applies to part No. 5; - these annexes are also forms for calculating the offer price. 5. Subject of the order in in terms of each part, it should be brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects. 6. Until the goods are received by the Ordering Party, the risk of any dangers related to possible damage or loss is borne by Performer. 7.
