Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of pellets for the years 2026/2027 to 6 buildings in the Milejewo commune in a total amount of 210 tons. The pellet must meet the parameters of class A1 according to the PN-EN ISO 17225-2:2021-10 standard (or equivalent), with a grain size of 6 mm and a calorific value of min. 17000 kJ/kg. The order includes: - Delivery of pellets in bags up to 20 kg (80 tons in total) to 5 buildings: Milejewo Commune Office (15 t), Pomorska Wie 40 building (13 t), ul. Lipowa 4 (10 t), fire station/community center in Milejewo (30 t), common room in Zalesie 17 (12 t). - Delivery of pellets in bulk road tankers with pneumatic unloading (130 tons in total) to the School and Kindergarten Complex in Milejewo. The contractor ensures loading, transport and unloading of pellets within the offered lump sum price. The Ordering Party guarantees a minimum level of implementation of 70% of the total tonnage. Supplies included in the scope of the order will be carried out in the period from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2027 (however, in 2027, pellets will not be ordered in the months from May to September).
