I. Subject matter of the procedure and conditions. The subject of the order is the supply of Passenger Information System devices. Detailed conditions are set out in Annex No. 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order, available in the tab called "Appendices". Assessment criteria: 100% net price.II. Course of the procedure: The Ordering Party informs that the procedure is conducted in two stages: a) I stage - submission of offers that will take part in stage II, b) II stage - electronic bidding - the bidding will start automatically after the end of the first stage and will last 15 minutes and overtime - a sub-stage of the second stage, the conditions of which are described in detail in the procedure settings on the Purchasing Platform. Each overtime lasts 3 minutes - it starts if there is a break in the last 3 minutes of the proceedings another offer (increment) submitted correctly. Contractors accepted by the Ordering Party who do not submit their Offers correctly at the stage of submitting offers (Stage 1) will be automatically excluded from further stages of the procedure. The ordering party gives approval execution of the Order by placing information on the Selection of the Best Offer on the Purchasing Platform. At the moment referred to in the previous sentence, the order is awarded. The ordering party is entitled to withdraw from the award at any time orders.
