Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of passenger cars (2 pieces) for the needs of the District Prosecutor's Office in Bechatów and the District Prosecutor's Office in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. Requirements for cars: - brand new, manufactured in 2026, current model manufactured by the manufacturer; - body type liftback, 5-door, adapted to transport 5 people; - meeting the technical conditions specified in the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including the conditions for admission to traffic resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) and the implementing regulations to this Act; - approved and event data recorder (EDR system) in accordance with the Regulation of the Parliament European Union and of the Council (EU) 2019/2144 of November 27, 2019; - meeting the minimum requirements of the CEE EURO 6 Directive in terms of emissions of pollutants, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and hydrocarbons; - unused, technically functional, with a mileage of no more than 40 km.
