Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new ones, manufactured in 2026, free from damage and physical and legal defects, and compliant with the standards and technical and operational requirements in force in the Republic of Poland, passenger cars for the Podlasie Agricultural Advisory Center in Szepietowo. Part 1 order, delivery of 5 passenger cars of the compact SUV/crossover type. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the technical and operational parameters of the cars, is set out in Annex No. 1A to SWZ. The technical and operational parameters provided by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ constitute the minimum requirements. Failure of the offered cars to have any required parameter gives the Ordering Party grounds to reject the offer. The contractor can offered cars with better parameters than those described by the Ordering Party in Appendix No. 1A. The parameters of the offered cars should be described in Annex 1A to the SWZ, which should be submitted with the offer form.
