Delivery of parts for the electronic system of Varsovia vehicles - Task No. 1 Delivery of parts for the electronic system of Varsovia vehicles - Task No. 2 1. The subject of the Order is the supply of parts for the electronic system of Varsovia vehicles conditions specified in the Technical Specification (hereinafter: ST), constituting a description of the Subject of the Order and being an integral part of this SWZ (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), and in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). 2. The scope of the Subject of the Order includes: delivery of brand new (originally packed, with no traces of use) electronic parts for Varsovia metro vehicles indicated in Annex No. 1 to the ST. The subject of the Order was divided into 2 parts (tasks) with the scopes indicated in the above-mentioned. annex to the ST. 3. The Ordering Party allows the offer of equivalent parts (i.e. spare parts other than the original ones, which were used for the first installation on the vehicles and specified in Annex No. 1 to the ST). Equivalent parts offered must meet the following criteria: - have the same parameters as original parts, -meet the functional requirements of original parts, - be compatible with other elements of the vehicle -equivalent parts cannot be installed on the vehicle result in a high risk of change, which means that changes resulting from the use of equivalent parts must be reversible and in the event of a failure, their use will generate low failure consequences...
