Tender Details

1. The subject of the Order is the supply of parts for the electronic system of Metropolis 98B vehicles. 2. The subject of the Order includes the supply of parts for the electronic system of Metropolis 98B vehicles (hereinafter also referred to as "spare parts") in divided into eight Tasks. The names and quantities of spare parts for individual Tasks are indicated in the document "List of ordered parts" constituting Annex No. 1 to the Technical Specification (hereinafter referred to as "ST"), constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification Terms of the Order and being an integral part thereof. 3. The Ordering Party requires the execution of the Subject of the Order in batches according to the delivery schedule included in Annex No. 1 to the ST. Provisions regarding the possibility of making partial deliveries within a given batch have been made included in the OT. 4. The delivered parts must be brand new, unused (brand new, unused means parts originally packed and showing no traces of use). 5. The Contractor will provide a 12-month warranty for the delivered parts. The delivered parts will be covered by a 12-month warranty. Detailed provisions regarding guarantee and warranty are included in the contract template, which is an integral part of the SWZ. 6. The Subject of the Order will be completed in accordance with the procedure documentation, i.e. SWZ and its annexes, in particular the ST and the Template Agreement (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 7. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for parts equivalent to the original parts indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1 to the ST. In case...
