The subject of the Order is the supply of parts for the electronic system of Inspiro vehicles, divided into 7 Tasks. 2. The Subject of the Order includes the delivery of parts indicated in the "List of ordered parts", constituting Annex No. 1 to the Technical Specification (hereinafter: "ST"), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and being its integral part. 3. The Ordering Party requires the execution of the Subject of the Order in batches according to the delivery schedule included in Annex No. 1 to the ST. Records regarding the possibility of making deliveries partial parts within a given batch were included in the ST. 4. The delivered parts must be brand new, unused (brand new, unused means parts originally packed and showing no traces of use). 5. For parts delivered by the Contractor will provide a 24-month warranty on the terms specified in the Template Agreement, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and is an integral part thereof.
