The subject of the order is the supply of parts for Diamond aircraft, divided into tasks: Task 1: successive delivery of brand new aircraft parts, complete, free from design, material and workmanship defects manufactured for aircraft Diamond DA-20 C1 (type certificate no. EASA.IM.A.223) and delivery of parts for the Continental IO-240B engine (type certificate no. IM.E.169); Task 2: successive delivery of brand new aircraft parts, complete, free from construction and material defects and executives manufactured for the Diamond DA-40 NG aircraft (type certificate no. EASA.IM.A.022) and the supply of parts for the Austro Engine E4A engine and the supply of 6 Austro Engine E4A engines (type certificate no. E.200). The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. As a result of these proceedings, a framework agreement will be concluded.
