Tender Details

Delivery of paper in various formats and weights to State Administration Units 1. The subject of the order is the supply of paper in various formats and grammages to the State Administration Units indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which constitutes a separate file in Excel format. 2. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ specifies the quantitative demand for paper for each State Administration Unit covered by the order and the place of paper supply. 3. A detailed list and description of paper requirements has been provided specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which is the Product and Price Form. The quantities of paper included in the Assortment and Price Form constitute the sum of the quantities of paper for individual State Administration Units covered by the order. 4. Ordering Party requires that in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in column No. 6, the trade name, manufacturer and marking of the offered paper must be entered for each item. 5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements or features specified by the Ordering Party, submitted a document with the offer (product catalog card or product specification or manufacturer's declaration or declaration of the manufacturer's authorized representative), confirming that each offered product meets all the parameters specified in column No. 3 of the Assortment and Price Form. 6.
