The subject of the order is the supply of orthopedic implants, bioactive glass and tools and consumables for the arthroscope. The subject of the order was divided into 32 parts (packages). The contractor may submit an offer to one, several or all of them parts of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A (Assortment and price form) to the specification, which is an integral part thereof. The contractor is obliged to make deliveries based on the notification Ordering made electronically. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor provides: a) consignment warehouse of implants (commission shop) indicated by the Ordering Party after signing the contract (in accordance with Annex 1A Assortment and price form) b)possibility replacement of sizes of orthopedic implants may only apply to products in intact manufacturer's packaging, c) free use of surgical instruments for installing implants (in accordance with Annex 1A Form assortment and price) d) rental of a drive system containing an oscillating saw and a drill (in accordance with Annex 1A Product and price form) e) lending a kinesmatic computer navigation system for installing endoprostheses (in accordance with Annex 1A Assortment and price form) The contractor will provide staff training for his...
