The subject of the order is the successive delivery of ophthalmic medical products. The order is divided into 11 packages (parts). Agreements regarding individual packages will be concluded after the completion of these proceedings for a period of 7 months. A detailed description of the subject of the order and a description of the ordering party's requirements regarding the delivery are specified in: a) The delivery specification is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ ("Offer Form"), and the detailed characteristics are included in Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ (“Pricing Forms”). b) Designed provisions of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
