Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of an operational car to support the project: Adaptation of the National Rescue and Firefighting System in the Lublin Voivodeship to climate change, changes in the natural environment and civilization threats.2. The subject of the order should meet, among others: following requirements: a) a brand new car, year of production not older than 2025; b) the vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements regarding emergency vehicles, i.e.: - Road Traffic Law of June 20, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) together with the implementing regulations to the Act; - the vehicle must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with Order No. 6 of the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of May 8, 2025 on transport management in the organizational units of the State Fire Service (Journal of Laws Device KG PSP of 2025, item 9, as amended).;- vehicle equipped with lighting and signaling devices for an emergency vehicle;3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.
