Delivery, operation, maintenance and support of IT operations management system ARC manages and carries out waste collection in Tårnby Municipality and Dragør Municipality. To support the work, the Client needs an operational management system that can cover the whole the spectrum from the citizen's agreement on collection to the renovation workers' performance of the service, as well as collecting appropriate documentation for services performed or reasons why services have not been performed. In addition, the system must be used by the municipalities for invoicing for the services. The tendered task includes delivery, operation, maintenance and support of an IT operations management system as a Cloud-based SaaS solution, where the Ordering Party has the right of use during the contract period.
