Tender Details

1. The order included the delivery of olive-colored service jackets. 2. The uniforms delivered as part of the order must come from current production and must be new and consistent with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 3. The execution of the order is subject to the requirements arising from the Act of November 17, 2006 on the system for assessing the conformity of products intended for the needs of national defense and security (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 747) and the implementing regulations issued on its basis. The body exercising supervision on behalf of the Minister of Interior and Administration activities related to the product put into use are the Director of the Institute of Security Technology "MORATEX" with its registered office in Łodź at ul. M. Skłodowska Curie 3. 4. Before submitting an offer, the contractor may inspect the jacket pattern at the Ordering Party's headquarters (00-463 Warszawa, ul. Podchorążych 38). olive-colored official one currently used by Border Guard officers (after prior arrangement of the visit date with the person authorized to communicate with the Contractors). 5. The contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 6. After signing the contract and before starting production, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with two copies of the template of the subject of the contract together with the required documents within 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. ...
