Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of office software licenses for the needs of the IDEAS Research Institute. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including detailed requirements for its implementation and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order, has been included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the contract) and in the draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 2 of the SWZ). The purchase is financed from a targeted subsidy from the Ministry of Digitization under contract 1/WB/DBI/2026 of December 30, 2025. As part of the subject procedure, the Contractor should submit: 1) an offer form - the template form is Annex 4 to the SWZ (the form must be submitted in the original and signed with a qualified electronic signature or a trusted signature or personal signature). 2) a declaration (Article 125 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act)3) power of attorney - if the contractor appoints an attorney(s) to represent him in the proceedings or to represent and conclude a public procurement contract and in the case of contractors applying jointly for the award of the contract4) the means of evidence in question, in accordance with Chapter XI, section 8 of the SWZ and Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order Record number: AU-000013
