Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of subscription licenses for Microsoft Office office software (or equivalent) for hybrid services, i.e. software installed on workstations and cloud services (hosted) according to the following list:

1) in the scope of ordering the basicsof this:

a) temporary (monthly) licenses for Microsoft 365 E3 with Microsoft Teams EEA, for a maximum period of 12 months, or an equivalent solution - for a maximum of 1, 250 users simultaneously in the billing cycle (monthly). The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely reduce or increaseincreasing their number in a given monthly cycle. In each cycle, the ordering party will not order less than 700 pcs and not more than 1, 250 pcs of subscriptions.

b) temporary licenses (monthly) Microsoft 365 E5 with the add-on 10-year storage of the audit log and Microsoft Teams EEA, for approx.res for a maximum of 12 months, or an equivalent solution - for a maximum of 15 users simultaneously in the billing cycle (monthly). The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely reduce or increase the number of license subscriptions ordered in a given monthly cycle, provided thatin each cycle he will not order less than 5 subscriptions.

c) temporary (monthly) licenses for Office 365 E1 with Microsoft Teams EEA, for a maximum period of 12 months, or an equivalent solution - for a maximum of 35 users simultaneously in the billing cycle (monthly). They order...
