Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of office equipment for the implementation of the EZD RP system (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment), including: 1) A4 scanner with automatic feeder compatible with the EZD RP system, 14 pcs., 2) A3 scanner with automatic feeder compatible with the EZD RP system 1 pc., 3) Barcode printer 13 pcs., 4) Barcode reader 16 pcs.2. Detailed specifications and minimum technical parameters are specified in Appendix No. 1 Description of the subject of the order. 3. The contractor will deliver Equipment together with: 1) with warranty cards, user manuals and other documents prepared in Polish, necessary to take over the equipment for use or to indicate the manufacturer's publicly available website with the latest available versions of the instructions/documentation. IN if the operating manual/documentation is not available in Polish, the Ordering Party will provide the manual/documentation in English.2) with all accessories constituting the sales set.4. The Contractor undertakes to deliver brand new Equipment, full value and manufactured in accordance with applicable norms and standards, covered by a warranty period...
