I. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of office equipment for the implementation of the EZD RP system (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment), including: 1) A4 scanner with automatic feeder compatible with the EZD RP system, 17 pieces2) A3 scanner with automatic feeder compatible with the EZD RP system 8 pcs.3) Barcode printer 6 pcs.4) Barcode reader 9 pcs.II. Detailed specifications and minimum technical parameters are specified in Appendix No. 1 Description of the subject of the order. III. The contractor will deliver Equipment including: a. with the following prepared in Polish: warranty cards, operating instructions and other documents necessary to take over the equipment for use or to indicate the manufacturer's publicly available website with the latest available versions of the instructions/documentation. IN if the operating manual/documentation is not available in Polish, the Ordering Party will provide the manual/documentation in English. b. with all accessories constituting the sales set. IV.
